Personal Health, HED 221
This course focuses on today’s health issues such as disease, reproduction, nutrition, weight management, drugs and aging.

Community Health, HED 222
This course focuses on disease, health organizations, drugs, mental health, environmental health and safety.

Wellness, HED 226
This course focuses on healthy lifestyles, fitness assessment, consideration for fitness, injury prevention, heart health, stress, disease prevention, and substance abuse.

Personal and Community Health, HED 224
This course focuses on health in the future, mental health, stress, social health, nutrition, weight management, fitness, sexuality, reproduction, diseases, addictions, non- traditional health care, safety and environment.

Drug Education, HED 267
This course focuses on drug use in society, drug abuse, regulation and laws about drugs, holistic systems and drugs, why drugs work, depressants, narcotics, stimulants, hallucinogens, inhalants, over the counter, subculture drug use, drug abuse prevention and treatment, federal drug agencies.
