Theater Appreciation
This three hour course is designed to increase appreciation of contemporary theater. Emphasis is given to the theater as an art form through the study of history and theory of drama and the contributions to modern media. Emphasis is also given to the playwright, actor, director, designer, and technician to modern media. Attendance at a theater production may be required and there is no pre-requisite to take this course.

Introduction to Theater
This three hour course is designed to teach the history of the theater and the principles of drama. It also covers the development of theater production and the study of selected plays as theatrical presentations.  Pre-requisite, as required by a particular program.
