Dear Graduate,

We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to inform you about a change in the location of the 2024 graduation ceremony. Due to the possibility of rain on the event day, we have decided to move the ceremony indoors. This decision was made with the utmost concern for the safety and comfort of our graduates, their families, and all guests attending. Although an outdoor graduation is traditional and beautiful, this special day must be enjoyed without any weather-related disruptions.

The new location for the graduation ceremony will be the Wallace Community College Gymnasium, which is located at 3000 Earl Goodwin Parkway, Selma, AL 36701. We have taken all necessary measures to accommodate as many people as possible within this venue while maintaining the occasion's dignity and significance. Each graduate will be issued 5 tickets.

We understand that this change may cause inconvenience, especially for those who had made plans based on the original outdoor location. We want you to know that this decision was made carefully and in the best interests of all involved. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we adapt to these circumstances.

We want to reassure you that we are committed to making this indoor ceremony just as memorable and meaningful as it would have been outdoors. Thank you for your continued support of WCCS and our graduating class of 2024.
