WCCS Faculty and Staff Honored with 2024 Chancellor’s Awards

Selma, AL — Wallace Community College Selma (WCCS) proudly announces that four outstanding team members have been recognized with the 2024 Chancellor’s Awards during the Alabama Community College Association Conference held on November 24 in Montgomery.
The Chancellor’s Awards recognize exceptional leaders from all 24 community colleges across Alabama, honoring individuals who have made significant contributions to their campuses and communities.
This year, WCCS is proud to congratulate the following award winners:
- Anessa Kidd – Administrator Award
- Hollee Thomas – Academic Faculty Award
- Tommie Flennory – Technical Faculty Award
- Camisha Brown – Support Staff Award
“These four individuals embody the mission and values of Wallace Community College Selma,” said WCCS President Dr. James M. Mitchell. “Their dedication to excellence in education and service to our students and community make them truly deserving of this recognition. We are incredibly proud of their achievements and the impact they have made.”
